In addition, it will give you a confidence that you are with the right people to assist you.

3. Feature factor. I would say this is the most important factor that you must know. It is the factor that will identify whether your webhosting company is really cheap or is a little expensive. Some companies may offer a real cheap price but does not contain too much feature like auto responder, free blogging feature, email address listings, auto submitter, etc. If the webhosting company offers a good deal of features matched with its cheap price plus an excellent customer support, then it is the best people to stick with.
